Saturday Run - 8 MI.

I'm not being very creative but it's a run we know! See everyone at 10AM @ Gasworks Park.

    THANKS RACH! I love running up Fremont hill after already running 6 miles! I have missed Lake Union though, it will be good to see it again :)

    You're welcome! I thought you'd like that :) I just think its good to do a hill after a few miles... since it's probably going to be like that for M.I.
